Short answers
Questions people ask
Do I need to be Peruvian to buy?
No. Foreigners buy property in Peru. There is a serious limit within 50 km of the borders, and residency is a separate question. I bought before I was a citizen and again after.
Does buying give me residency?
No. See residency.
Can I buy without visiting?
Yes, with scouting, a lawyer, and a tightly scoped poder. It is still better to visit, or to rent in the area for a few months. I can help arrange the rental.
Is a few thousand dollars a real budget?
For an 8×20 meter lot in some provincial places, yes, that is a kind of purchase I can help with. It is not a budget for a finished house in Miraflores, and the cheap lot still needs a reality check on title, services, and what building costs in kind.
Can you help with a large forest parcel?
Yes, on the order of large agricultural or forest land, up to about 100 hectares as a scale I am willing to talk about. Title, access, water, community land, and the border zone matter more, not less.
Will I make a profit if I sell?
Not as a promise. I have bought and sold for a profit by knowing price ranges. Values can fall. This is not investment advice.
Are you my lawyer?
No. Hire your own. I work beside an independent lawyer and a notary. I am not a registered agente inmobiliario on this site, and I am not your tax advisor.
Can you cover all of Peru?
No. I scout the places I know. Elsewhere, a trusted local contact walks the property if that is the honest fit.
What does a visit report include?
The list is on the scouting page: different times of day, neighbors, surroundings, condition, boundaries, photos and video.
How do fees work?
I quote after intake for the service we actually scope. I have not published a commission policy. The packages are listed under services.
How do we start?
Send the intake. If you want a first sort without writing, use the region quiz and read the matching notes.
