Scope, then a number

Services

Five kinds of work. None of them has a price on this page. I quote a fee after a short intake, once the region and the scope are clear. I am not stating a commission policy, because I have not settled one for the site to announce.

Consultation call

One conversation to sort budget, time in Peru, purpose, climate, and whether I am the right person. You should leave with a clearer yes or no on the kind of region, a list of what to verify next, and a view on renting first.

Write through the intake form. I reply with a time and a fee for the call before we book it.

Scouting trip

I go, or a trusted local contact goes where I do not personally cover. Photos, video, a drone where flying is appropriate and legal, neighbors, the surrounding block, condition, and the boundary against the plano. More than one time of day.

The fee reflects region, how many properties, and travel. Details are on the scouting page.

Remote viewing

A live video call while I walk, so you can direct the camera. For buyers who cannot be in Peru this month. It does not replace a rainy-season look if that season is when the road matters.

Full-service purchase accompaniment

Search, a shortlist, scouting, price compared with local ranges, and company through the sequence. I introduce an independent lawyer and notary. If you sign by poder, I help you understand the scope. I do not sign as your lawyer. I do not replace the notary.

This is the widest engagement. The fee is quoted when we know how wide.

Post-purchase oversight

Caretaker check-ins, a look after storms, help understanding bills, introductions for a maestro or an engineer, and a cadence of photos. This is not a property-management company. I do not collect rent as a licensed administrator.

If you want short stays or a long-term tenant, local rules have to be checked, and you may need a local manager. I can help you see that clearly. See after the purchase.

What is not a package

Legal advice, tax advice, immigration advice, a guaranteed resale, a residency, and a personal visit to every corner of Peru. Those limits are also on the about page.
