Purchases, before and after citizenship

I have bought as a foreigner and again as a Peruvian citizen, and I have sold using local price knowledge. I am not going to invent the narrative of those deals. The blanks below are for my own words, added when I am ready to publish them. Addresses, prices, and profits stay off this page unless I deliberately put them in.

Before citizenship

A purchase as a foreigner

[Your purchase, in your words]

Prompts, if they help: the kind of place, without a street address unless you want one public. What you were trying to do. What was harder because you were not a citizen. What you would repeat. What the independent lawyer caught.

After citizenship

A purchase as a citizen

[Your purchase, in your words]

Prompts: what actually changed, and what did not. Title work does not become optional. Residency was a separate path. The border-zone rule is one place citizenship is substantive. Say so only for a real property.

A sale

Selling, without a number

[Your purchase, in your words]

Prompts: why you sold, how knowing the local range mattered, and the caution you would give a buyer who thinks resale is automatic. Do not add a profit figure unless you want that figure public. The site’s promise remains: possible, not guaranteed.

What these are not

They are not client case studies. I do not have permissioned testimonials on the site yet. Those placeholders live on the about page. They are not a track record you can audit, because I have not published the documents. Treat the essays in the journal as the teaching, and these boxes as mine to fill.
